Quatro Wave 2008
The 2008 Quatro Wave boards are has been greatly influenced by what our Team of Pro riders defines as the new standard in wavesailing. Short lengths and more volume ask for the maximum of shape efficiency. Rockers, Outlines and Flow of these boards have thus been brought to a new level of perfection.
What this translates into for you on the water is quicker turning and a more lively feel on the waves, or as Keith Teboul puts it "The fresh balance between a drivey enough board and a turny enough board. Our wave boards are real wave boards.” They take production wave boards to the next level by offering extreme maneuverability and precision edge, to let you forget what's under your feet when things get epic.
The board's bottom starts with a V upfront, continuing into a slight double concave below the mast track, running into a single concave thru your stance.
As we're obviously improving our construction all the time we are now using Biaxial Glass which is three times stronger than standard glass and offers a very nice flex in the boards.
For 2008 we added new foot pads with improved density and grooves that give you a more comfortable, grippy ride. For the footstraps, working together with Maui Fin Company has brought us to a strap that we are really stoked with. The board comes with three of them.
Use the 63 and 69 liter models if you are a light sailor or in high wind conditions. Use the 76, 84 and 92 liter models if you are a heavier sailor or in light wind conditions.
Designed for intermediate to advanced sailors.

Quatro Freestyle Wave 2008
The 2008 Quatro Freestyle Wave boards have been developed with Kauli Seadi and feature a fast rocker for immediate planing and a slight bevel throughout the tail for those backward moves you love so much. Also, this bevel helps doing sweet and easy turns on smaller waves. The boards have gotten more compact, designed to be efficient on anything in between flat water aggressive freestyling, impressive jumps and new style wave shredding.
The boards have been designed for freestyle, and cater early planing and high top end speed that the Quatro Freestyle Wave is already known for. As it's now even shorter with the same volume, you get a board with a compact center of gravity that is easy to throw around in most advanced freestyle moves. The Freestyle Wave allows you to pull off freestyle tricks on small waves, making every move a comfortable, stable and fun movement.
When you take this fast board into bump and jump style conditions, get ready to fly! With its light feel underfoot, huge jumps are not a problem, and hard landings won't phase the advanced Biaxial Glass construction.
Of course this board wouldn't be complete without the right blend of wave riding experience that Quatro International is famous for. Smooth rails and a fine tuned outline contribute to the wave mastery that will let you enjoy flowing bottom turns and off the top power carves.
The bottom is a Panel V with a Double Concave running from the mast track to your front foot, which allows the board to softly cut right thru the chop at high speeds.
For 2008 we added new foot pads with improved density and grooves that give you a more comfortable, grippy ride. For the footstraps, working together with Maui Fin Company has brought us to a strap that we are really stoked with. The board comes with three of them.
Use either one of the 75, 85, 95 or 105 liter models according to your body weight.

Quatro Twinfin Wave 2008
The all new 2008 Quatro Wave Limited Edition Twin Fin boards will be introduced in three sizes, with 63, 69 and 76 liters. These boards have been developed over the last 2 years with Kauli Seadi.
Riding these boards is ... different, to say the least. They allow you to finish your turns all the way, resulting in a continuous motion from the bottom turn to the off the top, coming back at the white water and hitting it.
The two fins put the rails in the water sooner and keep that rail in the water throughout the whole turn. We developed an entire new thickness flow for these boards to accommodate what the twin fins are wanting to do. We would not say these boards are better than a single fin, but you will definitely feel a whole new sensation, doing turns you've never done before. It suits both front foot and back foot style.
Still, you're asking yourself "Well, twin fins have been around a decade ago. What's new about these?" Our answer is that the modern lengths, rockers and thickness flows work in perfect combination with twin fins, fueling the fire for that new style of wavesailing. The direction that wavesailing is going is strongly influenced by a desire to surf and slide the waves, going into the critical part of the wave and making those waverides more fluent. Bringing the style found in surfing today to windsurfing is the new way and these are the boards for it. The combination of uncompromising control allowing you to really charge in a serious wave and the freedom that short twin fins give you for sliding and doing revolutionary moves is what the Quatro Wave Twin Fin boards are all about.
These boards come with two exclusive MFC fins, new foot pads and three MFC footstraps.
Use the 63 and 69 liter models if you are a light sailor or in high wind conditions. Use the 76 liter model if you are a heavier sailor or in light wind conditions.

Quatro Freeride 2008
We worked really hard on the 2008 Quatro Freeride boards, testing every board we could get our hands on. The result is a board with awesome acceleration and excellent top speed at a medium length with a fuller outline and a super fast rocker.
The bottom features an accelerating V that becomes more defined towards the tail, making the board extremely fast and allows you to fully continue turns when jibing.
There is a slight double concave by the mast track to absorb those hard hits when going real fast on choppy water, making your ride more comfortable, stable and ultimately, faster.
In the end we were super happy when pulling the test boards back out, doing the comparison ourselves and realizing that we got to the essence of maximum fun in freeriding and light wind sailing. Because of the large volumes, no pumping is needed to glide though lulls. Needless to say we're stoked to find these boards to be adrenaline rushing racers as well.
For 2008 we added new foot pads with improved density and grooves that give you are more comfortable, grippy ride. For the footstraps, working together with Maui Fin Company has brought us to a strap that we are really stoked with. the board comes with four of them.
Use either one of the 100, 125 or 150 liter models according to your desired stability and sailing level.
